10 Years of Liang Yi Museum: Authenticity; Rarity; Beauty

Opening 29th October, 2024

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Liang Yi Museum’s opening, top objects from each collecting category, totalling 150 pieces, have been selected for this landmark exhibition. Filling the galleries are pieces from the Museum collections of classical Chinese furniture, vanities, European silver and Japanese works of art, curated especially for this exhibition by founder Peter Fung.

This exhibition follows the three personal collecting criteria of Fung: authenticity; rarity; and beauty. 10 Years of Liang Yi Museum: Authenticity; Rarity; Beauty aims to recreate the journey of a singular collector while exploring the profound relationship and dialogue between the collector, the collection, and the public.
