Butler is the catering company run by chef Vicky Lau, who recently was awarded the title of Asia’s Best Female Chef 2015 by S.Pellegrino. Chef Vicky’s specialty is French haute cuisine with a dash of Asian inspiration. Aside from her impressive culinary resume, Vicky also worked as a creative director and led her own design agency in the past. Her eye for design, aesthetics and beauty ensures that her edible pieces of art have already impressed clients such as Hermes and Gucci. Chef Vicky is also the chef/owner of Tate, a Michelin-starred restaurant on Elgin Street.
Our other preferred caterer is Drawing Room Catering, the boutique catering division of Drawing Room Concepts (DRC), a restaurant group founded by Tony Cheng in 2009. Tony developed his interest professionally at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in London and worked as Chef de Partie at Ristorante All’Oro in Rome, which was headed by Michelin-starred chef, Riccardo di Giacinto. After returning to Hong Kong, with his enhanced culinary skills, Tony started The Drawing Room in 2009. With 8 restaurants located around Hong Kong, DRC has an impressive line-up of professional chefs and superior food suppliers, guaranteeing excellent ingredients, world-renowned chef knowledge and bespoke service.
